We experienced a rare memory-related fault on our load balancers, which resulted in an interruption to inbound network traffic for up to 6 minutes from 5:26:54pm to 5:32:54pm EDT on October 22, 2019.

The problem was isolated and addressed. Further investigation is underway, but we consider the incident resolved at this time.
