Dear Customer,
We're currently observing intermittent catalog feed processing failures affecting a limited subset of customers. In most cases, other catalogs for the same accounts are processing normally, and no broad impact is expected.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and closely monitoring performance. We'll provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
